My Orders

An automated system to retrieve past orders, purchase upgrades, and update your keyfile for a new handheld / smartphone.

This page is for previous customers only. If you're a new customer, please visit our online store to purchase our products; you don't need an account to place an order.

 

If you purchased Pleco originally on Palm OS or Windows Mobile, or on Android through the Pleco Online Store, or if you've previously registered a Pleco purchase made on an iPhone / iPod / iPad or through Android Market, enter your email address and password here to log in.

 

If you purchased Pleco originally on iPhone, iPod, or iPad, or on Android through Android Market, and would like to register your purchase with Pleco (for faster support and, on iOS, the ability to migrate your license to Android), enter your email address and your Pleco "Registration ID"; you can find that ID at the top of the "Settings" screen. On iOS, you may have a different ID on each of your devices - it doesn't matter which one you enter as long as they're all using the same purchase. You can register additional IDs after you've created your account.

 

If you have an account but you've lost your password, enter your e-mail address below and a new password will be randomly generated and sent to you. Note that orders placed through iTunes are totally anonymous, which means that if you're an iPhone/iPod/iPad purchaser and you haven't registered with Pleco yet, we don't have your email address in our system; enter your email address and Registration ID in the form above to register it with us.

If you don't receive your new password after a few minutes, check your junk mail box, and if it's not there, contact us for assistance. Be sure to include a new password selection in that e-mail in case our response gets filtered out too.

If you're using Hotmail, you probably won't be able to retrieve your password using this system because of Microsoft's overly aggressive junk mail filtering; contact us and we'll reset your password for you manually.

If you've changed your e-mail address, contact us and we'll update our databases with the new address. Please be sure to include any relevant information that will help us in locating your previous orders, such as past e-mail addresses, billing addresses, telephone numbers, the approximate date you placed your order, and any alternate names or HotSync Usernames. Please DO NOT send us your credit card number; we delete those immediately after processing your order, so they won't help us to locate your customer information, and sending your credit card number by email is a serious security risk.
